Jumpstart: High School

College & Career Preparation

The Jumpstart Edition of the program is designed to:

  • support students in developing the self-awareness to curiously engage in academic or technology programs with a career oriented focus
  • support the development of self-confidence and self-esteem by providing opportunities for success and a framework for reflecting on and assessing the success to build confidence and self-esteem
  • provide an early awareness of the “professional skills” that support career success
  • develop ability to effectively apply the “professional skills”
  • provide a solid foundation for continuous growth and achievement

The JUMPSTART Program focuses on “branding” and the development of the life-long learning mindset and habits to provide a solid foundation for effective application of the professional skills (i.e., communication, collaboration, problem solving, conflict resolution)


Success Factors for the 21st Century Professional

This program is designed to support the career development of individuals making the transition from College to Career and as an orientation supplement for new employees Program participants gain an advantage by developing an awareness and capacity for these skills at the start of their career.

Next Level Skills for the IT Professional
